About RoadWays Cab

RoadWays Cab (also searched as Roadways Taxi or Roadways Cab Bihar) is an independent outstation cab and taxi service for Bihar. We run one-way drops, airport and station transfers, round trips and pilgrimage trips from Patna and from every district of Bihar, and we also drive to Delhi and Ghaziabad.

The service is run by Nitish Bhardwaj. Our operating office is at Chand Chaura, Gaya, Bihar, and our headquarters is at Arya Nagar, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. Every booking works the same way: the fare is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp, driver and car details are shared before the trip, and the advance is paid only when the car reaches your pickup location.

How is the fare decided?

The fare depends on the route distance and the car you choose. We confirm the fixed fare in writing on WhatsApp before booking.

What is included in the fare and what is extra?

The car, driver and fuel are included. Toll, parking and other state permit or entry tax (if any) are paid separately.

How is my booking confirmed?

Once you are happy with the fare, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp and send the driver's name, mobile number and car number. No advance is needed at booking. You pay the advance only when the car reaches your location.

When do I pay the advance?

You pay the advance only when the car reaches your pickup location. If you book 2 or more cars, we take a small token amount beforehand so that we are not at a loss if the booking is cancelled.

Is RoadWays Cab part of any other cab company?

No. RoadWays Cab is an independent service with no connection or partnership with any other cab app, company or brand.

Which airports and stations do you cover?

Booking terms

These rules apply to every booking.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the fare is agreed and we share the driver and car details on WhatsApp. No advance is needed for a single-car booking.

Fare

The fare confirmed on WhatsApp is fixed for the selected car and route. It may change if the route or car is changed.

Advance and token amount

The advance is collected only when the car reaches your pickup location. For bookings of 2 or more cars, a small token amount is taken beforehand to cover our loss in case of cancellation.

Balance payment

The balance fare is paid at the end of the trip in cash or UPI, unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.

Toll, parking and taxes

Toll, parking and other state permit or entry tax (if any) are not included in the fare and are paid by the passenger.

Cancellation

No charge if you cancel at least 4 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation charge, which will be told to you at the time of booking.

Waiting and night charges

Waiting beyond the agreed time or late-night travel may attract an extra charge. This is always told in advance.

Driver allowance

On long trips with an overnight halt, a driver allowance applies and is told at the time of booking.

Luggage

Normal personal luggage is included. Please mention extra or oversized luggage while booking.

Vehicle breakdown

If the car breaks down on the way, we arrange another vehicle as quickly as possible.

Passenger conduct

Smoking and carrying illegal items in the car are not allowed. Please treat the driver and car with respect.

Delays and liability

RoadWays Cab is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other reasons beyond our control.

Your information

Your name and mobile number are used only for your booking and trip. They are shared only with the assigned driver and never sold.

Complaints

For any complaint, write to us on WhatsApp at +91-7370905397. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
